These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MiteFi. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Who may use MiteFi

MiteFi is available only to people who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States. Every household member must meet these requirements.

MiteFi is not intended for children. If you believe someone under 18 has created an account, contact contact@mitefi.com so we can review and address it.

What MiteFi is

MiteFi is a household financial organization and planning tool. It helps you record, organize, and understand your own financial information. MiteFi is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, insurance company, credit bureau, tax preparer, or law firm, and using MiteFi does not create any of those relationships.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into MiteFi.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You agree not to use MiteFi for any unlawful purpose or to misuse other users' information.
• If you invite others to your household, you are responsible for understanding what access you are granting them, as described in your household's Settings.

No advice, no guarantee

MiteFi's features — including Financial Health, Goals, Budget, and Planning — are educational and organizational tools. They are not investment, tax, legal, or insurance advice, and MiteFi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any calculation, projection, or AI-generated content for your specific situation. Service availability

MiteFi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiteFi and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including financial decisions made based on information in MiteFi.

Account deletion and termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently and immediately removes your data as described in our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access to MiteFi for conduct that violates these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as MiteFi evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of MiteFi after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
